GALILEA
GALILEA® is a method & multidisciplinary program teaching cycle-aware care as both a clinical and relational practice.
ALILEA
GALILEA® is a living framework for modern, integrative women’s care that can be woven into any therapeutic or clinical ecosystem.
Here, the body is restored, the mind is balanced, and the soul is remembered. This is a return to the wise body and a renewed standard of care that honors complexity, curiosity, and humanity in medicine.
We are thrilled to share this work globally, whether you are a provider expanding your practice or a clinic or psychedelic therapy center ready to integrate a fully realized program.
THE RETURN TO THE WISE BODY
What Sets Us Apart
-
GALILEA® is a method and a holistic way of practice, bringing together women-centered precision medicine, therapeutic artistry, operational excellence, and data you can trust into a cohesive program that you can adopt and evolve.
All engagements are provider-to-provider and consultant-to-practice, and can include access to our broader multidisciplinary expert team as needed. This allows us to match the right expertise to your specific clinical or operational questions. -
GALILEA® partners with providers, clinics, therapeutic centers, and mission driven health organizations across women’s health, integrative medicine, and mental health to design, refine, and support modern models of care. We meet practices where they are—whether seeking expert guidance, refining existing offerings, or building new clinical programs from the ground up.
We train practitioners to capture and interpret meaningful biological, hormonal, and experiential data, while also teaching how to empower patients with embodied literacy, supporting individuals in understanding their cycles, nervous systems, and health patterns over time.
We offer guidance on how to craft care protocols and offerings tailored to women, honoring their cycles and life stages.
Our work is grounded in precision medicine, informed by integrative and evidence-based approaches, and inclusive of both western and eastern practices, supporting care models that address the full complexity of women’s health.Where appropriate, we advise on psychedelic-assisted therapies as part of a broader clinical landscape, drawing on emerging research and real-world application to explore how modalities such as ketamine and psilocybin may support conditions including hormonal mood disorders, chronic pain, trauma, and perinatal mental health.
-
You’ll learn how to design and apply modern, women-centered models of care that integrate biological, hormonal, and experiential insight into assessment, treatment planning, and long-term support. This includes how to structure intakes, track meaningful data over time, and empower patients to develop embodied literacy—understanding their cycles, nervous systems, and health patterns across life stages.
You’ll gain practical frameworks for blending precision medicine with integrative and evidence-based approaches, drawing from both Western and Eastern traditions to support holistic, gender-informed care. Our program also explores how psychedelic-assisted therapies, including ketamine and psilocybin, may be thoughtfully incorporated within broader clinical landscapes, informed by emerging research and real-world application.
Throughout, you’ll have access to GALILEA®’s multidisciplinary expert team, allowing for targeted consultation and guidance based on specific clinical interests or patient populations.
-
Unlike fragmented wellness models, GALILEA® offers a fully integrated system: shared philosophies, clinical tools, educational pathways, and service design, paired with real-world implementation support. Our program is designed to meet people where they are—patients, practitioners, and organizations—while honoring biological rhythms, life stages, and the complexity of human experience.
We don’t stop at vision. As a part of the Beyond Consulting offering, we bridge science, care delivery, and infrastructure. We help you not only understand why this work matters, but how to operationalize it safely, ethically, and sustainably across clinical workflows, team training, patient experience, and long-term growth. -

GALILEA® is designed to be both a framework and a partnership. Whether you’re refining an established practice or building something entirely new, our work begins with a simple question:
What would truly support better care for the women you serve—now and over time?
We work with providers, clinics, and psychedelic therapy centers at different stages of growth, offering three distinct engagement tiers.
How to Work With

-
Clinical insight, research synthesis, and protocol guidance
A light-touch advisory offering for those seeking informed perspective on emerging research, real-world clinical experience, and practical protocol considerations, including how different modalities may enhance patient and client care.
Core engagements are consultative and flexible, drawing on real-world clinical experience and current evidence to support decision-making. -
Assessment, alignment, and strategic enhancements
This tier is ideal for existing practices that are already operational but want to deepen, refine, or expand their offerings in a more integrated, cycle-aware, and/or psychedelic-informed way.
*Can include: social & growth strategy, community building, web dev & design, and digital marketing

The Unlimited Sciences Course
If you’re curious and want to dip your toe…
Launching in March 2026, Stephanie Karzon Abrams and Unlimited Sciences partner for an introductory-to-intermediate level course for everyone; from the curious individual to practitioners and clinicians.
-
With both live and self-paced options, the course will address critical gaps in women’s health with a dive into women’s biology, hormones, and cyclical rhythms. We’ll explore emerging research on the relationships between estrogen and serotonin and estrogen and glutamate, and examine how these systems may interact with psychedelic medicines across different life stages.
Participants can learn to incorporate hormonal mapping, cyclical awareness to design personalized, gender-informed treatment plans within integrative medicine settings.
All material is grounded in the best available research, while transparently acknowledging that much of this science remains emergent and in need of further clinical validation. Our approach is informed by real-world clinical practice and careful observation, drawing from both patient outcomes and consistent anecdotal reporting; bridging research, lived experience, and thoughtful application.ption text goes here
